Ordered a bouquet through Florist Express. They delivered the flowers to my wife at her office on time but the flowers used were not the ones that I had selected from their website. I contacted Florist Express with pictures of the bouquet and requested they fix the situation since they have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. They claim that at the point of purchase button there is a clause that states that they can make minor substitutions to meet delivery and by placing the order, you are agreeing to that. They would not deliver a new bouquet and would not give me my money back. They offered a $20 gift certificate towards my next purchase. Substituting daisies and carnations of random colors for roses and charging the full amount is not acceptable. 1277051
