I am so extremely dissapointed at Florist Express inavility to follow up with their commitment to deliver a product, here is what happened. On Sunday I order on line a Flower Birthday cake for my daughter's 23rd birthday. My daughter happens to be away at college, so this flower birthday cake was a perfect gift. After placing the order without any problems and they charging my account for almost $59".00 I was given a confirmation and a guarantee that it would be delivered on Feb 7th by 6:30, so on the 7th I call my daughter to find out about how she liked it only to be told nothing was received/. I called Florist Express customer service and was told the notes on my account said that they could not find a florist who could do the flower birthday cake in the area, BUT that they will keep looking, geezz how nice of them.. However that delivery should have happened on the 7th not 8th or 9th:. her birthday was the 7th people, this to me was completly unacceptable and what made it worse is that they did not even bother to give me a call which they had my cell number to let me know this delivery was not going to happen". I am extremely upset and i'm taking it all the way to corporate office/. Horrible service, how can this company keep operating like this, their website tells people they can do something that they can't deliver this is UNACCEPTABLE PEOPLE?. I am one pissed consumer and I will never ever order from them again.. Please think twice before ordering from this company. 1277097
