I ordered a gift basket through Florist Express with same day delivery for my parent's anniversary. I ordered on a Saturday and it was not delivered. Figuring because it was a SAturday that a local company would not deliver, I waited till the middle of the week to finally ask my parents if they had received anything-since I hadn't heard anything about it and I'd spoken with them severeal times. They had not received anything and my first email went out to the company demanding to know what happened. I got a response and apology both through email and phone and they said it would be taken care of the next day with a hand written apology to my parents. Fine. I wasn't terribly happy but at least they would get something. Another week goes by and I still haven't heard anything from my parents-I had to finally ask them AGAIN if they had received anything. They had NOT. Again I email the company and of course they apologize and could they deliver the next day with a hand written apology to my parents. When I told them that it was now three weeks out with no delivery and what was the point now, they offered to give me a discount blah blah blah. I had four different customer service agents telling me the same thing...deliver tomorrow hand written apology...yada yada yada. I had to tell them no four different times and demand a refund four different times before they finally got the hint. So even though I did get a refund after a MONTH, my parent's never got anything for their anniversary. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. 12770d6
