They have not sent the order and not responding for the call and mails. All my expectation got evaporated. Never cheat people like this .Worst Website ever seen Not able to track my order and cancel as well and its too expensive. Charging more for delivery at specific time is worst thing when not able to deliver on time. People should not encourage these type of websites. Please be careful while using these websites. worst worst website. Florist express : Improve your customer support or flexibility to support customer. Otherwise don't cheat people simply by giving beliefs. No one is responding for online chat as well. never get cheated by these kind of cheaters

Not delivered on time; poor customer service

I won't do business with this company again. I needed a last minute same-day flower delivery. According their website, orders placed before 3pm still qualify for same-day delivery. I choose the arrangement and submit the order shortly before 3pm. I received an email confirmation verifying the same-day delivery of the flowers. The flowers don't end up being delivered until the afternoon of the next. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful. The customer service rep maintained that I placed the order after 3pm (which is not the case) and that their system did not finish processing the order until 3:11pm. This also contradicts the order confirmation I received from hem. The rep offered 50% off my next order, but I have no reason to trust this company again. I needed their service for same-day delivery. If I wanted the flowers to arrive the next day I would have picked them up myself from the florist. Don't bother with their email support. It seems they'll give you one response and then not respond to any of your replies back. This company has terrible reviews on various websites; I should have done more research beforehand.

Order never delivered

I placed an order before Mothers Day to be delivered the Friday before so I could avoid the rush and mom-in-law could enjoy them for the whole weekend. I immediately got a receipt plus a 'ping' from Amex that the charge went through. Monday after Mothers Day I asked Mom if she ever got the flowers? "No, what flowers?" was her response! I was so miffed as I never received notice of a delay. I immediately called the company and was on hold for 15 mins and gave up. (I also put in a dispute with Amex)I also emailed TWICE. At last, 2 whole days later I get a response that they will send them now, I just need to approve it and they will give me 50% off the next order. The damage has been done, why would I want the flowers now? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I can't help but wonder if I hadn't asked her if she got the flowers and then "called them" would they have taken the money with no product??? There are many instances I can think of as to where I would never know that my gift was not sent. A funeral comes to mind right off the bat. GRRRRRR

Total SCAM DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY. I ordered an arrangement and I never got any confirmation but my credit card was charged for $70 I called the 800 number and after 35 minutes on hold the operator was not able to find my order, after 25 minutes she did find it, she told me that they have the order, then I asked her "why did I got charge of 70 dlls if my arrangement was suppose to be 49.99?" she telled me that was the fees I notice when I place the order that the arrangement was 39.99 and the delivery for that they was only 9.99. of course the operator said that the fees were that extra 30 dll. bottom line I WIL NOT RECOMEND THESE, STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANY.

Order flowers for a funeral. Substitute flowers were sent and substitute vase without getting my permission. Actual flowers and vase were nothing like the picture. I saw it myself at the funeral and was angry, because I could not take a picture at that time and was totally embarrassed with the displayed flowers which looked like some just threw some flowers in a vase. I paid $107.00 which included a $4.99 delivery fee. Will never used this company again or recommend it. They offered me a $10 refund or 20% off my next order. Do you believe that?

Flowers Not Delivered!

I ordered flowers the Saturday before Easter. Had flowers scheduled to be delivered to a business on Easter Sunday. Had to pay extra for weekend delivery, which I was ok with. Waiting for a phone call or text from the recipient to see how excited she would be and that never came. At 4pm on Easter Sunday, I contacted Florist Express and they told me Sunday delivery was not guaranteed. So my question is, why have it as an available option to choose, if its not guaranteed. They said they could deliver it the next day, on Monday, with an apology letter. I said that kind of defeats the purpose of sending Easter flowers! The representative could not give me a good reason as to why the flowers were not guaranteed to be delivered on Sunday, other than that the local florist may be closed. Which she called, and received no answer. Well if the local florist is closed on Sunday, then don't have the option to pick and choose flowers to be delivered to a specific business in that area on Sunday! This really pissed me off. I did receive a full refund; however, I will never use them again and will never recommend them be used. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do Not Order from Floral Express, and if you use 1-800-Pro-Flowers - make sure they aren't using Floral Express. I placed an order for my girlfriends birthday with Pro Flowers and they farmed the order out to Floral Express and the flowers never arrived, despite being told TWICE they were out for delivery. How embarrassing that I didn't send flowers to my girlfriend on her birthday. I will NEVER use FLORAL EXPRESS / 1-800-PRO-FLOWERS again - And I hope you don't either. Their service sucks and they apparently lie to the consumers. The only positive side is after the complaint this morning, they DID refund my money, and offered to deliver the flowers - I took the refund - and declined the delivery.

Flowers never delivered

Placed online order on a Monday (April 6, 2015) for delivery on Tues. by 5 p.m. at the hospital. Never delivered and then they sent a confirmation email that they were delivered. Recipient went home, requested delivery to the home...never delivered...after promised twice that they would be at the home by 12 noon! After about 7 phone calls,to call center that sounds like "India"...finally talked to parent company on Friday (April 10) ... "Pro Flowers" and asked for a refund...still waiting to see if I get that REFUND!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Ordered Same Day Flowers for a Funeral - NEVER DELIVERED

I ordered an upgraded bouquet for my uncle's funeral, since I couldn't be there in person. The order was placed on a Friday within the time limit for a same day delivery. I received a confirmation email and figured everything was fine. The next day, I heard that my bouquet was never received. I called Proflowers/FloristExpress to complain and got a 50% refund. They assured me that they'd try to deliver that day (Saturday) and, if not, definitely by Monday. Guess what? It wasn't delivered on Monday, either! I called customer service again and was given a very scripted, robotic apology from their representative. I canceled the order and was promised a complete refund. This is the second time Proflowers/FloristExpress has failed to deliver my same day flower order. I will NEVER use this company again. I trusted them to help me give comfort to a loved one, and they FAILED.
